Update: The problem was solved on January 1 2020, it took more than 3 months but I can finally upgrade my server. I gave it but haven't heard anything since. I opened a case on september 26, they stopped responding, my product still doesn't work. I would not recommend them, the moment you need support you can't count on them. In the meantime I also contacted their sales but no response there either so I payed for a product I can no longer use. When I asked what they meant by this I got no response. (Also tested on 2012 and brand new installations) When testing everything pdfprinterX didn't work, I always got errors about a dll when printing from vbscript.
